Valid for the referral program and first-time memberships taken between September 5 and 30, 2025, inclusive.
Anyone who refers a friend will automatically be entered into a draw to win a reimbursement for both their own and their referee’s annual memberships. A total of 6 memberships will be reimbursed: 3 for referers and 3 for referees.
To receive the additional 250 GuestPoints and be entered into the prize draw, both the referer and the referee must have active memberships by October 15, 2025. No refunds must have been processed. Memberships must be paid in full in a single installment—installment payments are not eligible.
You can earn up to 750 bonus GuestPoints by referring up to 3 new members. After that, you won’t receive additional GuestPoints, but your referees will still receive theirs.
The usual 250 GuestPoints for the referral program still apply: 50 when the referee creates their account and 200 when their membership is activated. The bonus 250 GuestPoints will be credited on October 15, 2025.
If you’ve already referred 10 people and refer more during this offer, you’ll still receive the bonus 250 GuestPoints and be entered into the draw—but no additional referral GuestPoints will be granted.
Sharing referral codes on social media or in HomeExchange groups is not allowed. Only official partners are permitted to share codes online.
Offer limited to one account per family unit/couple. Any additional account created within the same household will not be considered a first-time membership. Fraud will result in permanent account closure.
